INITIAL CONSULTATION

All PT Packages include an Initial Consultation. This will last up to an hour and is typically conducted over the phone, on FaceTime or WhatsApp, on a Zoom meeting or even sitting down face to face over a coffee. The goal here is to get to know a little more about you and importantly identify your primary training objectives. Understanding your current lifestyle, your family, work and social commitments, your exercise history and any previous injuries will be the building blocks of creating a Training Plan that works for you.

SESSION DETAILS

WHERE: Sessions may be conducted at your home or weather permitting an outdoor space local to where you live or work

DURATION: Each session will last for 1 hour

FREQUENCY: In addition to the PT instructed session you will ideally repeat the workout independently at least once more per week

TERM: Contract term encourages consistency over a specified period. Having a medium to long term goal significantly increases your chance of success

SUPPORT: Packages all include daily (7am-10pm) support via phone, email and WhatsApp

EQUIPMENT: While we have a comprehensive set of equipment note that workouts can be tailored to those with no equipment or basic equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Plans are created with your specific needs in mind; they are not generic.

  • Personal Training programs are built around an appropriate balance of Weight training, Cardio and Flexibility, the specific ratio being dependent on your chosen goal or goals.

  • All plans are designed around your Availability

  • There is a strong emphasis on Education. Understanding what you are doing and why significantly boosts motivation
