  • Initial Consultation: video call for an in-depth discussion of your questionnaire

  • Training plan designed specifically for you, your goals, your availability to train and your training preferences

  • Plan duration from 8 weeks to 16 weeks

  • Plan delivered using the online training hub Training Peaks (see notes below)

  • Progressive Strength Training plan delivered monthly via pdf

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Race Preparation guidance

1:1  ONLINE COACHING

Weekly Contact

£85 per month

For those seeking expert, personalized guidance and support, Coaching offers not only accountability, but the opportunity to work as a team in pursuit of your specific goals. Suitable for runners of all ages and ability.

 

This Coaching option includes:

  • Onboarding Questionnaire: to determine goals, training history, injury history, when and where you can train and what equipment you plan to use

  • Initial Consultation: video call for an in-depth discussion of your questionnaire

  • Training plan designed specifically for you, your goals, your availability to train and your training preferences

  • Plan delivered weekly using the online training hub Training Peaks (see notes below)

  • Progressive Strength Training plan delivered monthly via pdf

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Race Plan briefing

  • Coach Contact includes weekly queries via WhatsApp or email 

  • Workout Analysis is weekly

  • Weekly Adjustments to Training Plan volume/intensity

Unlimited Contact

£115 per month

With this option you get unlimited contact with your Coach, Workout Analysis is continuous and plan Adjustments are implemented as and when required. Whether you are taking on your first 5K or a seasoned marathon runner chasing a PB or a Major Race qualifying time, this approach delivers.

  • Coach Contact includes day to day queries via WhatsApp or email

NOTES:  

  • Questionnaire sent via an online link to the site

  • Training Peaks is an online training hub accessible via web, mobile or desktop. It syncs with your fitness device, allowing workouts to be downloaded to Garmin, Polar, Zwift, Wahoo, Apple Watch and more

  • Individualised Training Plans are payable upfront in blocks of 4 or 8 weeks

  • 1:1 Coaching is payable on a month-to-month basis and is subject to a 3-month minimum commitment
