SWIMMING
THURSDAY MORNING SWIM CLUB
A coached swim session for adults who want more structure, space and consistency in the pool.

Held every Thursday morning at Bloxham School Pool, these 1-hour sessions are designed for swimmers who are already comfortable swimming front crawl and want to improve their swimming in a calm, coached environment.
​
Whether you swim for fitness, triathlon, general wellbeing or simply enjoy starting the day in the water, the sessions provide a more purposeful alternative to busy public lane swimming.
WHY JOIN?
Many early morning public swim sessions can feel crowded, unstructured and difficult to train consistently in.
The Thursday Morning Swim Club offers:

The sessions are designed to strike a balance between being welcoming and effective, making them suitable for a wide range of swimmers without losing structure or progression.

These sessions are suitable for adults (18+) who:

The sessions are not suitable for complete beginners or those learning front crawl from scratch.
